Daniel is a full time Physical Education teacher with an MS in Kinseology and 20 years of Personal Training experience. He has experience in just about every facet of the fitness industry including teaching personal trainers to be personal trainers, working in Corporate Wellness doing personal training and small group trainings, strength and conditioning coaching, and running fitness departments in major gyms.
Danny has earned a lot of respect locally for his attention to detail, precision and alignment based movements. Danny’s friendly and outgoing personality make him approachable and fun to work with.
His interests in fitness are varied: Olympic weight lifting, calisthenics, kettlebells and yoga.
